Homemade Apple Pie complete with 3 apple decorations for design!

The recipe was easy! I found a simple pie crust recipe to follow through Chef Michael Smith on the Food Network Website and for the filling, I used Granny Smith Apples (3) – cored and peeled and cut in semi-thich long slices, put them in the pan with butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of nutmeg, 2 teaspoons of allspice, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour. I would like to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Tomorrow will be the time to go bake some goodies and cook some Turkey and side dishes!
